Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $75. For orders with a subtotal of less than $75, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 ($8.99 in AK,HI & PR). We’re unable to offer flat rate shipping internationally, however we do offer a multitude of shipping options for you to choose from - you can find these options at checkout! Please note, all international orders are charged duties and taxes in advance.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact support@canadapooch.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

How do I get my order number?
Your order number will be included in your order confirmation email. You can always look up your order information on your Canada Pooch account.
If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, please contact us and we will happily provide this for you.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! This means that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. However, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns!
